Garbage Disposal Repair And Install
Disposal not turning, leaking from the bottom, or grinding badly. We repair what's repairable and swap units when the motor is gone.
Valves, Hose Bibs, Angle Stops
Frozen-open shutoff valves, leaking hose bibs, and seized angle stops replaced with quarter-turn valves you can actually shut off in an emergency.
Whole-Home Or Partial Repipe
Galvanized swapped out to PEX or copper. Whole-home jobs run 2-5 days. Partial repipes target the worst sections when full replacement isn't yet warranted.

Phone Intake
Dispatcher takes your list of issues over the phone before the truck rolls. Running toilet, dripping faucet, valve that won't shut off, disposal that's growling, water pressure that's dropped. We note every item so the tech shows up with the right parts and enough time to handle the whole list in one visit. 5 to 10 minutes. Tell us everything, even the stuff you've been ignoring for months. Single visit is cheaper than two trips.

Walk The List On-Site
Tech arrives and walks the house with you, looking at each item on the intake list and anything new you noticed since the call. We test each fixture (flush the toilet, run the faucet, trip the disposal, cycle the shutoff valve) and note pipe material, age, and any code issues we'll need to address. 15 to 30 minutes. Walk it with the tech and answer questions about how you use each fixture, then you can step away.

One Quote, All Items
Tech writes one work order with line items for every issue on the list. You see what each item costs, what's a quick fix vs. a bigger job, and what's truly optional vs. urgent. 10 to 20 minutes. You pick what gets done today, what waits until next month, and what gets scheduled separately (whole-home repipes, multi-fixture remodels). No bundling tactics that hide pricing. Each item stands on its own number.

Knock It Out
Tech works through the approved list. Toilet rebuilds (fill valve, flapper, supply line) take 30 to 45 minutes each. Faucet swaps run 45 to 90 minutes. Disposal install 45 to 60 minutes. Angle stop and shutoff valve replacements 20 to 40 minutes each. Most general plumbing checklists get knocked out in a single 2 to 4 hour visit. Bigger items (whole-home repipe, full bathroom rebuild) get scheduled separately with their own quote. You can be home or not. We text status updates if you're out.

Walkthrough And Sign-Off
Before we leave, tech walks you through every item on the list and shows you the work: flush every toilet that got rebuilt, run every faucet that got swapped, trip every valve that got replaced. You verify it all works the way you want. Itemized invoice gets signed. Cleanup happens before walk-through, not after, so you don't sign for a clean job that isn't clean yet. 10 to 15 minutes. Workmanship warranty information stays with you on the invoice.

Repipe = replacing the supply lines in your home. You probably need one if your home is on galvanized pipe (built before 1970), you've had multiple pinhole leaks, water is rusty, or pressure is dropping. Whole-home repipe takes 2-5 days depending on size.
