Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are separate and are governed by the manufacturer. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, alterations by others, normal wear, or conditions outside the work we performed. If our workmanship fails within the warranty window, contact us and we will address it.

Scheduling, Access, and Cancellations

You agree to provide safe and reasonable access to the work area. If we cannot access the property or the conditions differ materially from what was described, scheduling and pricing may be affected. Please give us reasonable notice if you need to cancel or reschedule so we can offer the slot to another customer.
